Innovative Cleaning Process

The base model of our system utilizes a recirculating, hot alkaline solution, which is sprayed onto the wheel at high pressure. This effectively removes oil, grease, and dirt. Simultaneously, a rotating brush scrubs the bead seat area of the wheel, eradicating accumulated rubber residues. The wheels are then rinsed with non-recirculated fresh water, with the spent water being responsibly diverted to drain. For enhanced cleaning, you can opt for our unique slurry blast stage, which is particularly effective for wheels fitted with carbon brakes.
